1. Information stored in your browser

For convenience on return visits, the following information is saved in your browser's localStorage. It is used on the same device and browser. OnTime does not send it to a separate server or synchronize it to an account.

• Preferences such as alert sound, volume, and display theme
• Timers you have named and saved, and their durations
• The latest timer's running state and end time
• Daily focus-session counts and focus durations
• The selected mode
• Your display language (Korean or English)

Data remains until you clear site data or the browser removes it. You can delete it through your browser's site-data settings. This also removes saved settings and records. Storage may not work in private browsing or restricted environments. Avoid personal information in saved timer names.

2. Sharing settings and diagnostics

Sharing puts the mode and time settings in a URL you can copy. Anyone who receives the link can view its settings. Personal focus records kept in your browser are not shared.

The support diagnostics tool displays and copies environment details, such as browser type, screen size, language, and connection status, together with your description. Pressing Copy does not send this information to the operator. If you later submit it through a support channel, check that channel's data-handling information.

3. Site access and hosting

OnTime is hosted on OpenAI Sites. To serve web pages, the hosting service and its infrastructure may process basic access logs, such as IP address, access time, requested URL, and browser information.

The exact fields and retention period for hosting access logs are still being confirmed. Confirmed details will be added here. OnTime currently includes no separate visitor analytics or advertising-tracking scripts.

4. If advertising or analytics are introduced

No ads are currently served. If external advertising, such as Google AdSense, or visitor analytics tools are introduced, this policy will describe the actual handling of cookies, IP addresses, device identifiers, and other data, the providers involved, purposes, and settings or consent options.

We will update this policy before enabling those features and provide the choices and consent procedures needed for the service regions and the tools used.

5. Operator and support

The service is operated by Jeon Jongwon Math Institute (전종원수학연구소). A public support channel is being prepared. When it becomes available, it will be listed in Support information and in this policy.

Changes and their effective dates will be shown here. Features that affect data handling will be provided after the updated information and necessary procedures are in place.
